Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Guam, USA. This page explains processing times, shipping options, and what to expect once your order is on the way.

 

 

Where We Ship

 

  • Guam & U.S. addresses (incl. territories/APO/FPO): Available via carriers shown at checkout.

  • International: Available to select countries. Duties/taxes/fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the destination country.

 

 

Processing Times

 

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order / bulk (100+ pieces): Please place orders at least 3 days in advance (see Cancellation Policy).

  • Processing times exclude weekends/holidays and may extend during peak seasons.

 

 

Rates & Transit

 

  • Shipping rates and carriers are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

  • Transit times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.

 

 

Warm-Weather Advisory (Candy Care)

 

Our products are heat-sensitive. To help protect your order:

 

  • Consider expedited services and weekday shipping.

  • We may pack with insulation/cool packs when available.

  • Once handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for heat damage in transit.

 

 

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

 

Please review your shipping address carefully. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, re-shipping fees will apply.

 

 

Tracking

 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

 

  • If your order arrives damaged/incorrect, email Gary@guamcoconutcandy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first; then contact us. We’ll assist where possible, but carriers’ decisions govern claims.

 

 

Local Pickup (Guam)

 

If offered at checkout, you may select Local Pickup. We’ll email pickup details.

 

  • We hold pickup orders for 2 calendar days after the scheduled time; after that, the order is considered abandoned (see Cancellation Policy).

 

 

International Customs

 

International buyers are responsible for all duties, VAT, and import fees. We must declare contents and value accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts. Customs delays are outside our control.

 

 

Split Shipments

 

Large orders may ship in multiple boxes; you’ll receive tracking for each.
