Cancellation Policy

(“No-show/abandoned order” rule applies to all order sizes.)

 

 

Lead Time

 

• 100+ piece orders: place at least 3 full days before pickup.

 

 

Payment

 

• Full prepayment is required.

• A 25% production fee (of the order total) is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds (based on scheduled pickup time)

 

• 72+ hours prior: 75% refund (full amount minus the 25% production fee).

• 24–72 hours prior: 25% refund.

• <24 hours / same-day: No refund.

 

You may request a one-time pickup reschedule up to 24 hours prior without penalty (subject to availability).

 

 

No-Show / Abandoned Orders (all order sizes)

 

• We will hold your order for 2 calendar days after the scheduled pickup time.

• After 2 days, the product is restocked/disposed for freshness and the order is considered abandoned with no refund or remake.

• Requests are effective when we confirm by email or phone.

 

Definitions: “Hours” are measured in calendar hours; “pickup time” is the time agreed at checkout/confirmation.
