Coconut Trees and a Road

Made with Care

When we say made in small batches, we really mean it. Locally made, but shared around the world. Thank you for supporting our small business!

Our Story

What Sets Us Apart

The Coconut Tree Company began on a modest ranch in Guam, where Grandpa Tomas S. Tanaka taught us that the best things are made with hands, fire, and time. Candy-making wasn’t a chore... it was time together. Stirring over a steady heat. Watching for that exact moment when the coconut turns golden and fragrant. Learning that patience is an ingredient.

We still make our coconut candy the way Grandpa did: in small batches, by hand, with simple ingredients and careful attention at every step. No shortcuts, no mass production—just an honest craft shaped by repetition, respect, and the pride of getting it right. Each piece may look a little different, and we like it that way. It means a real person made it.

What started as family moments in a Guam kitchen has grown into a brand we share with the world; gifts for loved ones, souvenirs of home, and sweet reminders of where we come from. We’re here to preserve a tradition and pass it forward, one batch at a time.

If you’ve ever believed that food can hold a memory, you’ll understand our candy. It carries our island, our family, and our craft in every bite. A tradition you can taste.
